From the Lower East Side a community of artists and tree-huggers (the Earth People) celebrate peace and love with a "pirate" radio broadcast of their struggle against the Carcass Eaters of Gothic Gotham. Their story of survival - of preserving their neighborhood - includes the adventures of Brigitte, the Video Goddess Gal, who is captured by the evil Dr. M and experimented upon in his secret dungeon laboratory in the East Village. He infects her brain with an alien virus that will make her (and others) stop voting. The "pirate" radio broadcast is accompanied by live improvisational jazz, including keyboards, guitar, bass, flute, and percussion. The "pirate" radio broadcast by the Earth People is part of an on-going series of episodes about their struggle to survive against the Carcass Eaters.
