Exchange Ideas, Energy, Resources Between Communities/Organizations In
New Orleans
and Individuals/Groups in NYC - and Beyond.

The Last Depot is a contemporary four-character screenplay set in the waiting room of the Las Vegas Bus Depot. Two men and two women have come together for an unexpected reunion of sorts. Winston is a writer on the run from the west coast. Claire is an aspiring actress who will kill - almost - to get herself up on the silver screen. Billy is a vet of the recent war - seeking to reclaim his life and his spirit. Bijou is a modern hippie chick from New Orleans who has come to the desert to connect with the intensity of the surrounding earth. in the process, the characters discover what they're going towards - and running away from. One of the primary conflicts in the story is that of force and power versus peace and love as a way to resolve human conflicts. There is an experimental/performance art approach to the editing of the images that gives a stream-of-conscious or altered sense of reality.
